Introduction

Sander.HR is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our partner active in the industrial sector located in the Walloon Brabant.

As part of an international group, you will be based at the site located in the Walloon Brabant. The company is growing and focusing on delivering premium solutions to their customers in the various industrial sectors.

The structure is horizontal and there is a high possibility to take initiative and grow in the role. This position reports locally to the HR Director.

Role - HR Business Partner | Industry

The HR Business Partner will:

  • Overview a generalist scope of responsibility.
  • Focus on projects on soft HR topics (talent management, L&D, performance review, recruitment…).
  • Develop the employer branding and compensation & benefits.
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.

Profile - HR Business Partner | Industry

  • At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the industry or sector involving white & blue collars.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and a good level of French and English.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
